Im new to all this stuff, recently i looked in the mirror and i just hated what i saw i dont want to look like it again so i think losing some weight will make me feel better about myself. i would really like it if someone helped me along with this coz i have tried in the past but FAILED! and i really did feel good when i was losing the weight.
